If you're looking for a unique twist on traditional jam flavours, our Bramble jam with Gin and Tonic infusion is a perfect choice to try. This delicious and flavourful berries of the season, sometime blackberries, sometime mixed, and if we’re lucky Mulberries! With a grate of locally grown apples, some citrus and then slowly cooked with a posie of our own Gin botanicals. Just before bottling, we add a splash of tonic syrup.
