The Olde Creamery brings you our very own Citrus Salt Blend.
The finest Australian Sea Salt, blended with a mixture of dehydrated citrus fruit (Orange, Lime & Lemons), a good dash of cracked pepper, and ginger for added flavour and then finished with aromatic Lemon Thyme and Rose Petals.
As much as possible grow the ingredients used in our salt blend here on the farm.
Not only does it taste amazing, but it also looks fantastic too!
This salt is perfect for making any dish "sing", but we recommend sprinkling some over poached eggs, chicken or avocado. As a meat rub for roasts, or to lift a salad lunch.
Packaged in a 150grm reusable jar.
